Helping network operators avoid frustrating, costly delays and keeping projects on schedule is a point of consistent pride for us at Champion ONE: our on-time delivery rate in recent years has consistently exceeded 98%! This article explores how we do it today, and how we’re in position to do even better in the future.

Laying the Groundwork

Obviously, before we can get the products you need in your hands, we need to make sure we have it in ours. Our excellence in inventory management is largely down to our the work of our supply chain team. We’re constantly analyzing historical ordering trends to make sure our on-hand inventory levels and building long-term relationships with our carrier-grade contract manufacturers. As a direct result of this comprehensive planning, we were able to spare our customers from severe lead-time difficulties, even through this year’s uncertain, challenging first half.

Beyond internal planning, we also work with many of our customers to understand what projects they have coming up. This enables us to build an effective forecast collaboratively. In some cases, we even have experience managing inventory for some of our large service provider customers.  

Getting It Out the Door

In addition to managing our inventory, we’ve also mastered shipping and logistics, however each individual customer needs it done. Whether you prefer shipping to directly to the field or a centralized warehouse, we can accommodate your processes seamlessly. In fact our fast turnaround times (order processing, picking, and packing and shipping) have been invaluable in helping our customers turn up new services on time under challenging circumstances.

Our recent merger with Approved Networks has only enhanced our logistics capabilities. By adding a West Coast warehouse and shipping facility, we can now accept orders for same-day shipping until as late as 8pm PT! These expanded capabilities will only further reduce lead times, especially for our customers in Western North America and the Asia-Pacific region.
