Champion ONE will soon be offering a broad portfolio of 200G and 400G transceivers!
Our Passport line of universally compatible transceivers will soon include both OSFP and QSFP-DD optics for 400G transmission, and QSFP-DD for 200G. The initial release will focus on distances 10km and shorter, including active optical cables, as well as SR8, FR4, DR4, and LR8 applications.
These optics are ideal for use in a wide range of use cases in service provider and data center networks. These include 5G wireless midhaul and backhaul for networks using 25G in fronthaul. Other applications include cloud, enterprise, and access networks with high bandwidth requirements in the present or foreseeable future.
These optics are scheduled for general availability in late September 2019, so stay tuned to our blog for more updates on 400G technology.
